Patrick Reed takes a two-stroke lead into the weekend after a blistering 5-under round on Friday at The Masters, and is now 9-under for the event.
Reed is joined atop the leaderboard by Marc Leishman at 7-under and Henrik Stenson at 5-under. None of the trio has ever won The Masters.
Jordan Spieth, who led after Round 1 with a 6-under, was 2-over on Friday and is tied for fourth place with Rory McIlroy.
Tiger Woods shot a 3-over 75 and is currently at 4-over for The Masters, but made the cut by one stroke.
