FFN: Unexpected conference leaders dot the state in Week 4

Madison Memorial's Hail Mary to beat Middleton put the Spartans atop the Big 8 at 4-0, the last unbeaten team in the conference, while McFarland pulled away from Rock Valley Conference favorite East Troy to take solo possession of the league at 4-0 as well.

There were other big games on Friday night, including Muskego's 28-27 win over Catholic Memorial and Pulaski's 35-28 win over Notre Dame, and some upsets, like River Falls taking down Menomonie 25-18, on the docket as well.

Travis Wilson and Bob Brainerd recap the state's high school football scores from Week 4, as a trio of teams became the first to become playoff-eligible.
