A handful of previously-undefeated teams went down in Week 8, including Lodi, Fennimore, and Spencer/Columbus Catholic. That sets up a wild Week 9 with dozens of conference title games across the state, as well as positioning for home playoff games or even what amount to play-in games to the postseason.
