Despite the struggles of starter Chase Anderson, the Milwaukee Brewers' offense came to life, piling up 19 hits and 17 runs in a 17-6 demolition of the New York Mets on Saturday afternoon at Miller Park.
Christian Yelich, who you can hear from after the game below, finished a home run short of the cycle, while Jesus Aguilar had a monster home run to go with his three hits. Lorenzo Cain also had three hits in the game, while Travis Shaw, Tyler Saladino, and new acquisition, catcher Erik Kratz, all had two hits apiece.
Milwaukee goes for the series win on Sunday against the New York Mets, with Jhoulys Chacin pitching for the Brewers.
