Brewers shut out for 10th time in 2018, fall 1-0 to Pirates

On Monday night in Pittsburgh, the Milwaukee Brewers suffered their 10th shutout loss of the season, falling 1-0 to the Pirates.

Milwaukee has failed to score in a full third of their 30 losses this season.

Jhoulys Chacin gave up the lone run in the game, pitching six and a third innings to take the loss.

Milwaukee's hitters didn't provide much support, only mustering two hits in the shutout loss to Trevor Williams and a pair of Pirates relievers in the game.

The Brewers' series continues with the Pirates on Tuesday and Wednesday in Pittsburgh.
