Brewers top Royals 5-1 to kick off 21 games in 20 days stretch

Milwaukee's busy schedule got started with a 5-1 win over Kansas City on Tuesday night, 5-1 winners over the Royals. The Brewers play 20 more games in the next 19 days ahead of the All-Star Game.

Freddy Peralta had another fantastic outing for the Brewers, giving up just one hit in seven innings and striking out 10 Royals.

The top of the Brewers' order did the damage in the game, with the top five hitters going 9-for-18 with five runs scored, five RBI, and three drawn walks. Milwaukee's outfielders, hitting 1-2-3, went 6-for-12 with four runs scored and four RBI (Eric Thames, Ryan Braun, and Christian Yelich).
