Jhoulys Chacín had another solid outing from the mound, and Hernán Pérez had a big performance from the plate in the Brewers' 7-2 win over the Braves on Thursday night at Miller Park.
Chacín allowed three hits, two runs, and a walk while striking out seven over seven innings of work. Dan Jennings tossed two scoreless innings in relief for the Brewers.
Pérez had a 3-for-4 night, including a home run, to pace Milwaukee. Jonathan Villar contributed two hits and two runs as well.
The Brewers have now won four in a row. The Milwaukee-Atlanta series continues through the weekend at Miller Park, with three more games to go.
