Junior Guerra only lasted into the fourth inning as the Cubs put up seven runs through four frames in a 8-4 win over the Brewers on Wednesday afternoon in Chicago.
Guerra's final line was three and two-thirds innings pitched with nine hits allowed and two strikeouts, but also six earned runs. Milwaukee's bullpen combined to allow four hits, three walked batters, and one run in four and one-third inning.
Jonathan Schoop had his second extra-base hit and third RBI as a Brewer in the game, and Mike Moustakas had three hits in the loss as well.
The Brewers begin a three-game series at St. Louis on Friday night. Ryan Braun and Manny Pina each suffered injuries in the loss to Chicago.
