Marques Johnson Inducted into the Wisconsin Athletic Hall of Fame

Marques Johnson was one of three new members inducted into the Wisconsin Athletic Hall of Fame on Thursday night, along with Wisconsin golf contributor Herbert Kohler, Jr. and former Green Bay Packers GM and Pro Football Hall of Famer Ron Wolf. Here's Johnson's induction speech.

The Milwaukee Bucks will retire the No. 8 jersey of Marques Johnson in a special halftime ceremony on Sunday, March 24. Johnson, who played in 524 career games with Milwaukee over seven seasons from 1977-84, will become the ninth player in Bucks history to have his number retired.

Johnson discussed the news of his Hall of Fame induction and jersey number retirement earlier this week on The Crossover on 97.3 The Game in Milwaukee.
