Bucks hold on, beat Celtics 98-97 on Thursday night

Milwaukee defeated Boston 98-97 for the Bucks' 15th win in 17 games and moved to 30 games over .500 with a record of 44-14.

Giannis Antetokounmpo picked up where he left off pre-All Star break, racking up 30 points, 13 rebounds, six assists, and two blocked shots in the winning effort.

Khris Middleton and Malcolm Brogdon each had 15, while Eric Bledsoe scored 10 points for the Bucks, who own the NBA's best record.

Kyrie Irving had 22 points while Al Horford notched 21, but the Celtics didn't get their final shot to fall in the final seconds.

The Bucks play Minnesota at home on Saturday before playing eight of 10 games on the road well into March.
