Milwaukee defeated Minnesota 140-128 on Saturday, as Giannis Antetokounmpo and Khris Middleton combined for 55 points. The win was the Bucks' 45th on the year, surpassing 2017-2018's win total of 44.
Middleton led the Bucks with 28 points and added seven rebounds. Antetokounmpo scored 27 points, pulled down 10 rebounds, and handed out seven assists in the winning effort.
Five more Bucks finished in double figures, including Nikola Mirotic, who made his Bucks debut Saturday. He scored 17 points in 18 minutes and grabbed six rebounds to boot.
Derrick Rose scored 23 points off the bench for Minnesota to lead the Timberwolves.
Milwaukee begins a five-game road trip on Monday in Chicago.
