Milwaukee had a 16-point halftime lead, but that turned into a four-point deficit after a poor third quarter sent the Bucks to a 116-105 loss to the Boston Celtics on Wednesday night.
Khris Middleton and Giannis Antetokounmpo combined for 48 points, but only two other Bucks reached double figures in the loss. Antetokounmpo also pulled down a game-high 14 rebounds.
After holding Boston to just 42 first-half points, the Celtics nearly had that in the third quarter alone, out-scoring Milwaukee 38-18.
The Bucks will travel to take on the Orlando Magic on Friday. Milwaukee is 2-2 on the 2019 season.
