Lakeside Lutheran and a large, talented senior class advanced all the way to Level 4 before falling in the 2019 playoffs, the furthest any team in the conference got in 2018's postseason. Lodi and Lake Mills also made it to the playoffs, with Lodi actually defeating Lake Mills in the first round of the postseason.
