After going 3-0 in a meet in Muskego this week, the Middleton Cardinals' boys volleyball team is ranked #6 in the first coaches' poll of the season.
Coach Ben White talked about the makeup of this year's team, led by one of the nation's top prospects in Parker Van Buren, who is also a member of the basketball team. After graduating plenty of talent from last year, the Cardinals got off to a good start in 2019.
White also talks about the move of the state tournament from Wisconsin Lutheran to the Resch Center in Green Bay and how it will increase exposure for the sport in the state of Wisconsin.
