Mike Lucas can't understand why the NCAA hasn't given Micah Potter a chance to play right away. The NCAA once again denied Wisconsin's request to get Potter eligible to play right away on Thursday. After the Badgers win over Green Bay Greg Gard vented about his frustration with the NCAA and on Friday's Lucas in the Morning so did Lucas.
