Are Fans Trying To Convince Themselves They Don't Need Aaron?


There seems to be a growing, or at least sustaining and prevailing notion amongst some Packer fans in regards to the whole Aaron Rodgers scenario. You see some discussion on social media, and the boys from Nine2Noon have noticed it in conversation with listeners on the show. It's basically the idea that some Packer fans - even as much as half according to some twitter polls - do not think they need Aaron, or think he is as important as he is to winning as some might assume. Is this just rationalizing by some fans in response to the possibility that he might not be a Packer? Or do fans really think they could do just as well with Love, or another quarterback?
