Deion Sanders believes that Aaron Rodgers will never win another Super Bowl as long as he is in Green Bay, as the Packers aren't providing any indication they'll be ready to contend any time soon while Rodgers exits his prime.
After signing a bank-busting extension this past offseason, Rodgers has played better than an average NFL quarterback this season, notably setting an NFL record for most consecutive pass attempts without an interception, but hasn't played on the upper level of quarterbacks in the league. Some point to that as either signs of decline or signs the Packers don't have the talent to contend, even with a top-ten quarterback.
