There is a good way and a bad way to try to get a new job or a promotion. Alando Tucker, the all-time leading scorer in Wisconsin basketball history, probably went about it the wrong way. Jeff Potrykus of the Milwaukee Journal-Sentinel joined the Steve Czaban Show Tuesday to give a lot of the details that led to Tucker not being retained on coach Greg Gard's staff for next season. According to Potrykus' reporting, Tucker, among other things, went to then-Athletic Director Barry Alvarez to try to be installed as head coach of the team towards the end of the 2019-2020 season when the team was struggling.
