Those scouting Wisconsin Badgers defensive lineman Conor Sheehy will note his toughness and willingness to do whatever his team asks of him.
Sheehy played through a broken wrist in 2016, and did well enough to earn All-Big Ten third team honors during his time in Madison. While Sheehy may not have his name called during the NFL Draft, he figures to be competing for a spot once training camps open this summer.
Sheehy is tough as nails and did everything asked of him while at Wisconsin, but he's unlikely to check many of the physical boxes NFL teams will look for. He has pretty good upper body strength which is something he may have to build around, but his best shot might be as a backup defensive end on a 3-4 defense. Draft Projection: Undrafted/Free Agent
