Ethan Happ's 34-point, 11-rebound effort was spoiled on Saturday evening in Milwaukee when the #12 Wisconsin Badgers fell to Marquette 74-69 in overtime at Fiserv Forum.
Happ's 34 points led all scorers in the game. Nathan Reuvers had 11 and D'Mitrik Trice scored 10 points, while Aleem Ford added eight points in just 18 minutes of work in the loss.
Wisconsin fell to 8-2, and will wrap up non-conference play in December with a game Thursday at home against Savannah State, and after finals will host Grambling State and travel to Western Kentucky before opening Big Ten play against Minnesota at the Kohl Center on January 3.
