UW MBB: #19 Maryland holds off Wisconsin 64-60

Wisconsin came all the way back from 21 points down, but fell at Maryland in Big Ten action on Monday night 64-60.

In the first half, the Badgers could only muster 15 points, trailing 33-15 at the break. A big second-half push led by Nathan Reuvers, who scored a team-high 18 points in the win, got Wisconsin in striking distance. A Brad Davison three in the final two minutes briefly gave the Badgers a 60-59 lead, but Maryland was able to bounce back and get the win.

Davison finished with 11 points. D'Mitrik Trice added 13 and Ethan Happ scored 10 for Wisconsin.

Maryland also saw four players in double figures, led by Anthony Cowan with 21 points.

The Badgers will play #2 Michigan on Saturday at the Kohl Center. Maryland comes to Madison on February 1.
