Wisconsin roars back to take down Maryland 69-61 on Friday night

Ethan Happ's double-double, Aleem Ford's timely threes, and a host of playmaking from all around helped the Wisconsin Badgers rally for a top-25 win over Maryland 69-61 on Friday night at the Kohl Center.

Wisconsin (No. 24) got 18 points and 11 rebounds from Ethan Happ. Brad Davison poured in a game-high 21 points, and Aleem Ford had 10 points off the bench with clutch baskets in the second half to pace the Badgers.

Maryland (No. 21) was led in scoring by Eric Ayala with 18 points.

For Wisconsin, it was vengeance for a defeat at Maryland only a few weeks ago. The Badgers improved to 16-6 overall and 8-3 in the Big Ten, a half game ahead of Maryland for fourth place.

Next up, the Badgers take on Minnesota on Wednesday night.
