It was the final game at the Kohl Center for Ethan Happ, Khalil Iverson, and Charlie Thomas, and the Wisconsin Badgers sent out their seniors on a positive note, thrashing Iowa 65-45 on Thursday night.
Happ and Iverson each recorded double-doubles in points and rebounds, with Happ leading the team in both categories with a 21 and 14 effort. No other Badgers scored in double figures.
Iowa, meanwhile, had zero players reach double figures. Jordan Bohannon and Ryan Kriener led the Hawkeyes with eight points apiece.
With the win, the Badgers move into more favorable position for a top-four finish in the Big Ten, which would earn them a double-bye in next week's Big Ten Tournament. Wisconsin is at Ohio State on Sunday to wrap up the regular season.
