Coach Paul Chryst addressed the media ahead of the Tuesday opening of the Wisconsin football spring training camp.
Chryst highlighted opportunities for returning players, and for coaches to use the time to evaluate and work with the team on forming the roles for the 2019 season. He also detailed a couple of injuries heading into spring camp and some of the areas he's looking for players to improve heading into the next month of practices.
The Badgers will not play a spring game, but will have an open practice in April. Wisconsin kicks off the 2019 football season on August 30 in Tampa against USF.
